Celtic Country Faire will take place at the Wilson County Fair Grounds in Lebanon TN on Sat May 22. The hours are 10 AM to 8 PM and there are a ton of activities planned from pony rides and an inflatable bouncy thing that kids love. There will also be a 5K run and a silent auction. Music will be provided by Coyote Run, Albannach, the Scottish Bagpipe and Drum Corps and more. There will be great food and vendors on hand. It sounds like a wonderful day.
Celtic County Faire is a benefit festival which raises money for Southern Starrs. This organization does equine therapy for special needs children and adults. As the owner of two wonderful horses I can tell you that a relationship with one of these wonderful animals can do wonders for anyone. This year, with the terrible storms in this area of Tennessee, a festival like this is just what the doctor ordered to lift everyone’s spirits and it will help support the work of a wonderful organization.
